Facing Eviction? There is Hope.

Facing eviction can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. In partnership with A.B.L.E., Omega CDC is here to remind you that there is hope. If you or someone you know resides in 45405, or 45406, and are in jeopardy of eviction, you have access to legal counsel, advice, and representation to help you keep your house a home. With the right-to-counsel program, one possible solution, to either keep people in their homes or prevent eviction from going on their record, is to give eligible tenants representation by an attorney. Right to Counsel (RTC) is the right to be represented by an attorney from start to finish in an eviction case. Since the launch of the pilot program, 3 cases have been resolved successfully, and 2 dismissed. The sooner you act, the sooner we can help!
