Omega CDC Acquires Key Site in Northwest Dayton
04/01/2025Omega CDC is proud to announce the acquisition of a 5.56-acre site at 501 Niagara Avenue, marking an exciting new chapter in our ongoing commitment to the residents of Northwest Dayton.
This new site is more than just land—it represents opportunity, growth, and the next step in our mission to transform lives in the Hope Zone, building on the momentum of successful projects like the Hope Center for Families and Omega Senior Lofts.
Our place-based approach ensures that all development decisions are grounded in the needs and aspirations of the people we serve. By working with the community, not just for it, we create solutions that reflect real priorities and spark real change.
At the heart of our work is a two-generational model—every initiative is designed to support both children and their caregivers. We believe that sustainable, long-term impact starts by meeting the needs of whole families, building a foundation for lasting, intergenerational progress.
While there are no immediate plans for development on the Niagara Avenue site, Omega CDC is committed to a careful, research-based planning process. We will take the time necessary to explore how this space can best serve the community, ensuring that every decision supports long-term well-being and sustainability.
Transparency and community input will guide us every step of the way.
This acquisition is more than a milestone—it’s a promise to continue showing up for Northwest Dayton with vision, care, and purpose. We’re excited for what’s to come and grateful to walk this journey alongside our neighbors.
Stay connected as we share updates and invite your voice into the conversation.
Together, we’re building a stronger, more hopeful future—right here in the Hope Zone.
