Omega CDC Hosts 2025 Board Retreat

Omega CDC recently held its 2025 Board Retreat, bringing together our dedicated board members to strategize and align on the future of our organization. We were honored to welcome Christian Rhodes and Brian McClendon, who provided invaluable insights and clarity on the path ahead.

A key focus of the retreat was our vision for the future and our current strategic planning process that will shape the next phase of Omega CDC’s impact. Through thoughtful discussions and collaboration, our board reaffirmed its commitment to driving meaningful change in the Northwest Dayton community.

We also had the pleasure of welcoming three new board members—Cassandra Powell, Senior Lofts Representative; Michelle Mathile; and Steven Hinshaw—whose expertise and dedication will be instrumental as we continue this important work.
