Hope Zone Youth for Peace Gathering

On September 19, 2024, youth in Northwest Dayton will come together to march for peace and lead a candlelight vigil against gun violence at Liberation Park. The Hope Zone Youth for Peace Gathering will amplify young voices calling for change and educate the community on violence prevention.

The event will begin at Grace United Methodist Church with discussions on gun violence and safety. Afterward, participants will march to Liberation Park, where youth speakers and community leaders will continue the rally, concluding with a vigil to honor victims of violence. All are welcome to join this powerful event centered on hope and unity.
