What We Do
Cradle-to-Career, Place-Based Services
Every family’s journey looks different. That’s why we take a collaborative, coordinated approach to breaking the cycle of intergenerational poverty. Our work focuses on four pathways to self-sufficiency: Education, Economic Stability, Health & Wellness, and Community Engagement.
EDUCATION
We provide educational support for all ages, from out-of-school student programs to family coaching and connections to local resources.
ECONOMIC STABILITY
We help individuals set goals, build skills, and create their own path toward steady income and stable employment.
HEALTH & WELLNESS
We ensure families have access to essential resources that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
COMMUNITY
We create opportunities for residents to connect through community events and programs that activate public spaces and bring people together.
