Omega CDC Welcomes Holly Wiggins as Director of Development

The Omega Community Development Corporation is excited to announce the addition of Holly Wiggins as our new Director of Development. Holly brings an extensive background in nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, and community engagement, and we are honored to have her join our mission of building pathways of hope for families in the Hope Zone.

Holly has dedicated her career to strengthening organizations and communities across the region. Prior to joining Omega CDC, she served as Vice President of Resource Development for United Way of the Greater Dayton Area, serving Greene, Montgomery, and Preble Counties. She also worked as an independent consultant, helping nonprofits and foundations clarify their vision and develop strategic roadmaps toward success.

Her career journey includes 16 years with AES Ohio, where she directed community and stakeholder relations and managed the corporate foundation. A certified public accountant by training, Holly’s early career included corporate accounting roles at AES Ohio and the IAMS Company, along with experience at a Big Four public accounting firm.

Holly is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is also deeply committed to community service, volunteering widely and serving on boards such as Clothes That Work (President), The Hope Center for Families (Treasurer), the National VA History Center Foundation, Vandalia-Butler Foundation, and Dayton Rotary Foundation (Past President), among others.

A long-time Vandalia resident, Holly is also a dedicated mother. She and her late husband, Mark, raised three children, each of whom has pursued their own path of excellence—from serving in the U.S. Air Force to completing degrees at the University of Dayton, The Ohio State University, and Northwestern University.

As Omega CDC’s Director of Development, Holly will play a key role in advancing our vision, expanding partnerships, and supporting the resources that allow us to serve families with compassion and impact.
