Who We Are

When we transform communities, we recommit to hope. Omega Community Development
Corporation (Omega CDC) is in the transformation business.

We’re on the frontlines of a national movement to champion change locally. We stand with the
people of Northwest Dayton to fight for their individual and collective prosperity and end
generational poverty in this neighborhood.

Omega CDC’s roots are threaded throughout this community, with a rich network of non-profit,
government, and private sector partners—all working together to solve interconnected
problems. We tear down silos in services and coordinate wrap-around support that respects the totality of challenges facing families across generations, from cradle to career—neighborhood by neighborhood.

We help thousands of children and families access education, economic stability, health and
well-being, and community.
