04/26/2024This month, the Economic Stability workgroup successfully hosted its inaugural Breakfast Briefing, with invaluable support from dedicated workgroup volunteers. The Dayton Chamber of Commerce Vice President of Business Inclusion, Belinda Matthews Stenson, and Jelani Johnson, Director of the Dayton Region Minority Business Assistance Center, delivered insightful presentations on available resources for local small businesses. The event attracted participation from 26 local organizations, reflecting strong community interest. Anticipate more gatherings in the future, as the workgroup plans to organize lunch and dinner meetings to accommodate diverse schedules.
