Hope Zone Farmers Market

The Hope Zone Health and Wellness Workgroup has organized a farmer’s market on June 15th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hope Center for Families – 1816 Harvard Blvd. 45406. The event will feature 14 vendors, including those selling fresh produce, baked goods, artwork, and even a transportation service for students.

This is the second farmer’s market organized by the Health and Wellness Workgroup and the first one this year. The HZ Farmer’s Market is also a direct response to the Government Performance Results Act (GPRA) 6, which measures the number and percentage of children who consume five or more servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
