Omega CDC celebrated the September graduating class of Ready4Work, our workforce development training designed to help adults build the skills and confidence to get hired and stay hired.
Our September class completed a week of career and soft skills training at the Hope Center for Families. Participants focused on communication, teamwork, time management, résumé preparation, and interview skills while exploring ways to overcome challenges to employment.
The graduation was an opportunity to recognize their commitment and celebrate this step toward their goals. Each graduate made time to invest in themselves and their future, and we are proud to celebrate that effort.
The support continues beyond the classroom. Ready4Work offers one-on-one job coaching after training to help participants put their skills into practice and keep moving toward employment.
We look forward to welcoming more residents into future classes and celebrating the progress ahead.
Congratulations to our September Ready4Work graduates!
